yes some stage 2's are bigger than 160 though. typical size is 160-180 for 2's. but a new ac will be 160.

180 will be more fuel. so that is more power that is better i guess.

im not a big fan of 2's with a stock turbo. never owned them just my .02 from many observations.

If you buy "New" stage 1's or 2 injectors do you still have to turn in your stock injectors or pay a core charge?

Yes Stage 2's are 160's with nozzles, the nozzles can make about a 80hp differance. 180cc will strain a stock hpop too much and will make less power then a 160's in most cases.

AD's are about 140cc, they will swap in so if you get a real cheap set it could be worth it to you.

On New injs there is a 1200.00 core charge, its accually more then we do for the remans. This is because thats what we get charged when we buy the new ones, they really want the cores back.

Stage 2's will run on a stock charger just fine, most effecient no but I have many many customers running that with out problems and make very nice hp.

Will the SD pump support the 180's? Or do you need big oil?

I got a reman from Ford on the shelf that should be good. I plan on big oil in the future. You got 180's?

I think Bean meant if your running a single SD pump it needs to be a good one. For big oil even 2 15*'s are enough. The DIY stealth is just as good as the regular stealth assuming the pumps are in good shape.
