Wayne, did ford use the 427 in cars were you are ? Here in the USA 427s were in cars, boats and some water pumps on farms. I am sure you could ship one but the cost would be tremendous. Did ford put 390s in anything in Austrailia ? A 390 crank could be offset ground to 4 inches of stroke if you have one. DF

But, I have just discovered that some old 1966 to 1970 Chris Craft boats were powered with Ford 427 Side Oilers. If the boat is junk buy it for the two 427's and scrap the rest.
