Or can anyone decode "SOON" ?
Is there anyone else making cast (billet to expensive) FE cranks ?
Wayne, I haven't heard when, but you are not the only one waiting, I want one too. As an alternative, can you get a 391 FT crank ? They are made of SAE 1046 steel ( forged ) and if you are good with a welder you could make the rod journals bigger and then offet grind to get the added stroke. I am not sure I would trust a casting that was welded but the forgings are tougher. I was thinking- if .090 were welded to the outside of the rod throws and you cut down to a finished size of 2.200, why not ? Anybody tried it ? I want to do it, but I don't nessasarily want to be the first one. A 4.125 crank would be a real torque monster ! DF

They were supposed to be available at the beginning on 2001, but we have not heard anything since. I would say towards the end of fall just as a guess? We will post them on the website as soon as they do in fact become available.
