Spedo - Electronic or Cable?

I talked with one of the guys that I know who works at Ford and explained the situation. He said that with my gears and tire size that a 23t would actually slow my speedo down. He suggested going with a 20t in order to speed things up. He is getting one for me today so we'll see if that solves the problem or not. I'll let you know.
