Ok, I'm REALLY hoping someone can shed some light on this for me... I'm adding factory power windows and locks to my 98 F150 and I'm wondering what years of 97-03 the window regulators will interchange. I do know that they changed the interior door panel and latch/door handle assembly in 99 so am I limited to 97-98 with the window regulator as well? I just don't know how much of the door shell itself they changed with the new latch and handle setup... are the mounting holes the same? etc? THANK YOU if you can find an answer for me!
I just finished putting some power windows into my 98' and everything matched up just fine. I would say they everything should bolt right up. Good luck and let us know how it goes.
Go to the dealership and have them look up the regulators for those years. If the part #'s overlap for all years, then your good. Ask them if the year regulator you have will match the year truck you have...

Did you put stock power windows in your truck or go with the electric life kit? If you went stock did you end up changing out the entire dash harness or splice the missing wires? Just curious on how the project went for you.
