I am about to install new wheels and tires on my 05 F250 and was wondering if the SCT programmer could calibrate the speedometer for the larger tires (35"). I have been putting off spending $400 on a programmer, but if it will do the trick, I would put the $100 or so that the dealership would charge me toward a programmer instead. Thanks for the help!
yes it has a selection for the tire revs

It corrects the shifting but I don't think it changes speedo. I think autoenguinity can do that. I have larger tires by about 6% circumfrence. I just add 6% to my speed and it seems to be right. According to radar signs anyways lol
Yup, the SCT will change shift points but will not adjust the speedometer.
I run 315/75/17's and I had the dealership change mine about a month and a half ago. They charged me $64 and set it to the max that their software would allow them. According to my 2 GPS's and my wifes Jeep drafting me down the highway, it is still about 2-3% off. It would probably perfect for 305/75/17's.

LOL--I thought we'd been through this before. It will correct shift patterns but NOT the speedometer. That's only on the 6.4's. It's not possible on the 6.0's without accessing the ABS module which the SCT won't do.
