Intercooler-will it fit?

Intercooler-will it fit?
A question for the intercooler Guru's. Will a intercooler that is 30"X27"X2.5" fit in my 1997 PSD CC Auto? and, if it will, will any more modification need to be done than with (I think) the 06? (The one that seems to be so popular)

I think that unit will be too tall. Here are some measurement I have posted before.

also look at Joe's info in post #21 for the spearco unit which is very large but fits.

hmm ill have to measure but i dont think its gonna be too tall. i think it will fit. the 6oh spearco is huge it goes down below the frame rails to the hood. i had to get creative with the hood realease im sure its more than 30" tall
