I think that guy from psn (Chris?) used to sell his pipes on Ebay. That is where I got mine. They fit like a glove with an early 99 spider, and a NBS 7.3 all aluminum intercooler.
Chris Lahmon is the guy's name. There is a thread going over on PSN about how guys are not really happy with him. Good product, great pipes, but he is really hard to get a hold of and guys are getting ticked about having to wait 3-4 months for their pipes. First off thanks for all the replys I found an intake peace I want to use can anyone tell me the lengths and bends of pipes I would need to make the intercooler pipes I'm assuming from pics I a bunch of 90s and a 45 hope you guys can help thanks a lot!!
If you get a pipe for each side from a SD 7.3 they will work with a little modding. When I had my stock turbo I did that but bought a 3rd pipe to cut up and make them fit better. Made 2 out of 3 if you know what I mean. If you do this, make sure you get steel ones, not aluminum. I ended up with 2 steel ones, and one aluminum, so had to get a boot in one place because welding wasn't an option.
Can the later 3 in spider pipes be fitted into an obs?
It would be more expensive to do that. You'll need the larger plenums from a SD and the turbo flange is different. Some guys use the larger plenums and make a flange to fit their turbo. I don't know how much there is to doing all that when the E99 spider straps right in.
