electrical problems 1996 f350
my brother is having problems with his fuel pump so he pulled the relays and changed them all around. now when he tried to start the truck we heard a pop. no power at all to anything. lights wont even come on. please help i need to know the correct numbers and relay positions. and any idea why it dont have power. thank you
