Squeek while going over bumps

I'm thinking ball joints, but could anyone explain why I hear a squeek when I go over any kind of bump? 100,000 miles 4x4 1999

have your buddy bounce on the bumper in the driveway , crawl under the truck and look- listen... coupld be ball joints, stabalizer bushing, a-frame end bushings, and others. sometimes a litte silicon spray or oil will work. sometimes something is worn out. at 100,000 its time to think about ball joints if they are original.

When I had my 97 it did the same thing. The stabalizer bar links bushings were wore out.I replaced them with TRW brand from AZ,$10 a side.
