squeeking steering

since its been pretty cold here in indiana, ive noticed some squeeking from the front end. when i go over bumps at slow speed, there is a squeeking or creaking coming from the suspension when it flexes. also when i turn right there is the same sound coming from the front end. are these noises related? struts? steering rack? both? any help or advice would be great.

i have had the same senario since its gotten cold. i assume i just need to get under there and grease some tie rod ends if there not sealed...
