Rear Door Wont open

The rear door on my crew cab wont open. Any ideas? Also the mirror on the passenger side has pulled through. Any quick fixes?

What type mirrors 92 up paddle or the low mount arm type? pull door panel and back up with lagre washer and use new bolt if needed. The low mount bottom bolts rust though on me .

As for the rear door you can fight panel off as is .A pain I take seat out A Pain But easier to get panel off . To open door The rods in side can bind up . If pwoer locks the actuator go bad and wont let door open

ummm....yeah as it turns out it was locked and the lock was pushed where I couldn't pull it up. When I go tsome pliers and pulled it up the door opened....
