Throttle Problem It's Either No Or Go

I have a 2000 Ex 7.3 when I push the pedal I can't ease into the throttle it is either no throttle or full throttle. any ideas cause it is killing my fuel economy?

on the top of the go peddle under the dash is a switch..pull the plug and clean them connectors up and try it again..if it still wont work you will need to replace it..

Its prob a throttle position sensor, i actually looked at mine last night and it does not seem to hard to change if needed. If youdo change it, your only gonna need the sensor, not the whole pedal.
