inline auto tranny filters
are they worth it? i had one put in when my trany was rebuilt. but i thought i read some where that it could make for softer shifts? its one of those kinds that round, and accordian shaped.

ill have to take a look when i get home from work. or ask the guy who rebuilt it what filters he uses. im just kinda wondering if its robing some firmness in the shifts, and if its really worth keeping in.

more then likely it is one ford recommends..its black and kind of looks like a accordion.. if so don't worry about it..its more of a magnet to catch shavings..it is not suppose to restrict the pressure
