cody was nice enough to lend me his 120V IDM (i think it's a 120V) yesterday and although i didn't get to put it in to run down the drag strip, i put it in this morning before work and i noticed a little better throttle response. i'm not sure if it smokes more, but the truck seems to run better and the turbo might spool a little better. oh yeah and the truck runs better at 3000-3400 rpm now than it did before. before the truck would kinda fall on its face after 3000 rpm, but now it seems to be doing a little better. Cody, thanks A LOT for letting me use your IDM and anytime you need anything or need help with anything, just let me know and i'm there! thanks again!

My IDM went out on my truck. The truck sat for a while untill i had the time to mess with it and figure it out. But when i got a new IDM I got a SD 120v. I didnt really notice any difference but then again I didnt get to drive the truck for almost 2 weeks and i only had it for a week before that.
Randy, there were about a million ricers there. We literally only had time for two runs a piece. I didn't want to risk swapping an IDM in the staging lanes. I ran the hot IDM the whole time. No, no 13's for any of the Death Row guys. Including me. Our closest was a 14.3. I had some serious traction issues, and a serious case of dumb ***. The two times I ran, I blew the tires away on the launch and had to lift, then get back in it. Even with a burnout. But I was a dumb *** and didn't think "80psi in all four rear tires!!!!!" I think 40 or 45 would have hooked up. But I was too scatter brain to think about it and only put up a 15.4 Yes, on nitrous. You should hear the crowd when you purge the nitrous, they go crazy. And I beat Chris' big bad dodge both times. I even won a trophy because we asked to be part of their grudge matches. The first race, he tree'd me because I was expecting a sportsman tree and they were running a pro tree. (all yellows then green) But I was almost a full second ahead of him by the end. The second race, the grudge match. He left on me again because he launched in 4 wheel. He put 2 truck lengths on me out of the hole because once again I had to lift. I past him at half track and finished .6 seconds ahead. The old ford was running awsome, I just couldn't get it to the ground off the line. Check your regular email.
I don't know if we are worth going out of the way for, but everyone is welcome to stop by. All I can say is let me know as far in advance as you can. Death Row schedule doesn't exactly match the normal spectrum.
Shoot, I'm way too poor to actually get anything from you guys.
I just love seeing Diesels that will kick the tail off anything else.
And, it gives me an excuse not to drive through Kansas on the way back. Seen it 5 times, which is enough for me.
