I get it right?
If the hose from the filler connection to the tank is to long,first look to see if you can move the tank in its brackets,to the right as much as you can.
When this fails,and you are sure you have the connections seated all the way, then the only other option is to lift the bed to complete the connection,or possibly cut the fill pipe to shorten it to the length needed.BUT when you do that you will need to make a but connector to seal of the fill pipe and make it back into a one piece pipe.JNT
1. Aamco busted a hole in the METAL filler tube.
2. The vent hose is heavily dry rotted.
3. Aamco only changed HALF the vent hose, and did not push the hose on all the way, nor tightened the hose clamp down.
