Request and a statement...
I need a picture of a 79 or so Filler tube intact with rear tank on a fleetside long bed.
I also need a measurement of EXACTLY how long the pipe is WITH bends and WITHOUT.

P.S. If my comments/statements have been deemed offensive by anyone, I apoligize, I'm a bit hard headed and I am willing to learn, but sometimes logic displaces the willingness to do something. (I.e. Learn)

I took the eight bolts off the bed of the truck and lifted the bed up and had my buddy slip some 2x4's between the frame and the bottom of the truck bed. Then I could get a screw driver and get the hose clamps off the tank side and replaced all the hoses. Getting the hose on the fill side was a bear but possible. I had to remove the bracket that supports the wheel weel. Don't forget there is a hose clamp holding the filler tubes to the bed that needs to be removed.
