Yes you will have to have an antenna, but like Capital said most of the tuners come with one. However, you should know that from what I have been told the reception tends to be pretty crappy, and you will only get a few channels. You are probably better of just watching DVDs. That is what I do.
I wish I had the money to add a satellite system though. That would be awesome.
thats true your reception is bad on alot of stations. dvd`s are best. but some times
you can get a good game or two on the tuner.I have one and only us it for big games
in my area.
If you want a good bang for your buck... I'd look into KLH industries Trac Vision mobile satellite (DirectTV)
You should find be able to find these at most (fairly equip'd) home/mobile audio shops.... along w/a decent in-store demo set-up.

On Edit: after thinking about it some... If you live/work...spend most of your drive time in a (major) city you should have a nice handful of basic channels. I had 6 fairly clear channels on my tuner (when I had it).
