pcv blockoff?

I've put breathers on both sides of my 352 after putting new manifold and carb on. since it's a filtered breather can i just put a plug on the carb's pcv valve? des the card need this to work?

Yes, But, the PCV should be connected to insure crankcase ventalation is happening. PCV cost you nothing in HP. I'd re connect it.
