Warn 8274 rebuild advice
Does anyone have any advice on rebuilding my Warn? I picked it up cheap, $80 (Canadian), but I want to rebuild it before throwing it on my truck. I've already taken it apart. There is some play on the drum and the lower cogs that attach to the drum. Is there a bearing kit? I was also thinking of throwing in the new 8274-50 motor for some extra performance. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
