i have a 73 f250 highboy it has a dana 44 front end how do i tell if it is the origonal highboy front end? and also what is the difference between the highboy dana 44 and the regular dana 44 thx justin

i just need the passenger side shaft i think its low pinion but im not sure i lost all the records on this truck it has had a different front end put in it i know that but i dont know which one i have it tore apart in my shed now so what would tell me if its high or low pinion?
