Or just inattentive driver. On those frost-heaved roads, you can be cruising along without a care when suddenly you find yourself coming up to what is essentially a 2 foot high ramp at 50 mph. If you don't respond fast enough, you're going airborne. If you don't hit it dead-on you'll be rolling.
