'91 Aerostar

Hi everyone,

One quick question for those who own a '91 Aerostar. Is the shifter on the floor or on the steering column?

I don't own one, but its on the floor. 1992 upgraded interior was when it was moved to the column, and that only for the automatic.

Thank you, Ted. Now I know why the autopart stores only carry cables for '91 and older, but not for my '93.

After 200K miles, mine just got busted today!

I never knew they went bad. if it's not a normal wear out item then most any used one will still be good. If they often go bad I'd want a new one too. Junk yard maybe???
