2003 Expedition

I have a 2003 Expedition and the Driver's window stopped working. When I opened up the door the cable was a mess and kinked. The motor seems to work. I guess I need a new cable...What is it I need, a new regulator? Any help is appreciated

yep, cable is serviced in regulator

my listing shows the motor and regulator come as an assembly

same here, just referring to the cable mainly

Same thing happened to the driver's window on my '03. Had the regulator replaced under extended warranty.

I bought a drivers door regulator recently for the same reason as you.

$134.00

Cheap plastic, stupid design.

Can you tell me where you bought just the regulator? The dealership told me this was a factory part only and quoted me around $300 for the parts alone to fix it (must be the motor as well).

BTW, I agree on the stupid design comment.
