Need help about window regulator!!

Hi,i have a Expedition 4,6 xlt year 2003 and the cable is out in the window regulator drivers side,i was thinking can i use a ragulator from ford 150 same model???

You can check this by looking up the part for both vehicles online and see if they are the same part number.
