Quick question for you guys... Which luminosity probe for the Snap-On MT480 timing meter should I be looking for? I have the MT-160 (came with the meter) and I found an MT-161 but both of them are for GM engines. Does anybody know what the part number is for our engines? Thanks in advance...
I looked at that dumb thing 20 minutes trying to find a number on the probe but couldn't. I'm thinking the number is only on the bag it is stored in which I don't have. I'll check with my snapon dealer and see if he knows.

Thanks for checking on that. Sorry it took so long. Mine has the number right up near the top, but it looks like it would wear off pretty easily. It also has it listed on a card in the storage bag and it says that it's for a GM 4.3/5.7 liter. It is the same size threads as the glow plug hole on our engines, but I haven't tried to see if it works or not... mainly because I haven't needed to. Thanks again. I never even thought to ask Snap-on...
