Talking Sensor Behind the MAF Sensor?

Hi Folks I just cleaned my MAF Sensor in the air intake area (2003 F150 5.4 triton) and I noticed a little red sensor further down the air intake towards the engine, what is this and should I spray that with my MAF cleaner as well?

It's likely the IAT sensor. There is no need for it to be clean since dirt/dust/etc has no effect on it.

Never hurts to hit it with the cleaner as well. Dirt/dust can "insulate" the sensor so to speak and cause it to read slowly or inaccurately. Never hurts to give it a quick spritz with the cleaner
