Side mount tool boxes

Anybody have experience with these? I was offered a chance to buy a pair for $150/each. Brand new, diamond tread. I don't know the length. I told him I'd think about it. Before I bought them I'd have to see if the leg braces and all were there. The story is he traded a truck in but kept the boxes. Problem is I got too many things going on the way it is. As such if these boxes ain't that great I'll have to walk away from it.

Dad has 2 on his '92 f-150 (one on each side). He likes 'em, but he did have to fab up custom supports and such (he didn't like the way the stock supports were set up).
