NO....I did not go searching for that. I was on another information conference when I was building my car. Somebody posted that one day after someone made a remark regarding loud foreign cars and I thought the sound was hilarious. My kids started to make their toy cars sound like that, and whenever my oldest sees a honda sign, She starts making that sound. Just thought you might get a laugh. Sorry if I frightened you.
i took the muffler and tailpipe off my 5.4 extracab and it was about 4-6 inches back under the cab. it was pretty loud inside the cab also, but it sounded awesome!!! especially at about 4,000 rpm. the only thing i could tell is that it reved quicker and it didnt seem to get as good as gas mileage. hope this helps.
I need to here a sound clip of this. Would it make a difference if it were Y'ed into a dual setup? This may be a dumb thing but would this make it illegal or void the warrenty?
You can pretty much do whatever you want to the muffler and tailpipe... as long as it doesn't violate any of your local laws. Usually some kind of sound ordinance. ;-) Twin tailpipes should not affect your warranty. Just don't touch the catalytic converter!
