Need a New Muffler
The area on the muffler where the hanger attaches on my stock 2005 v10 Ex corroded, broke loose, and it now has a 2" hole in it.
Looking for suggestions for a replacement muffler. Thanks

Easy to install... excellent workmanship... quality product. Search for the lowest price on the net. Lots of different vendors with different prices. I'm the type of guy to hunt for a bargain and not afraid to pay for quality... if that makes any sense to you... LOL.
I installed the same system on a 99 F250SD that I had before my Excursion... I believe the system is still on the truck... My BIL bought the truck in 07 when I purchased the X.

My muffler lost its hanger also, but the rest of my exhaust was still is great shape, so I bought the Aeroturbine 3030XL muffler.

Look for a muffler that is stainless steel, they last longer.
Look for a company that offers a limited lifetime warranty, save that receipt.
Look for a company that offers a 90 day sound and performance guarantee.
