evap. problems in '99 5.4?

evap. problems in '99 5.4?

the gas tank is collapsing in. could this be some sort of evap. problem with a valve being stuck or bad? i have tried different gas caps with no success. thanks ahead for input.

I'd be looking at a clogged canister vent solenoid, canister, or vent hose. Spiders or mud can be the cause.
