Ah crap. Well If anyone hears of one for sale or anything shoot me a pm I guess. I may just have to attempt doing it the other way after all. I just don't like electrical, argh.
Someone who's done the swap, what would you rate this on a difficulty scale of 1 -10?

None... on a stock motor. Well OK, maybe slightly better performance, but in the big scheme of things, it would be hard to tell any difference. The computer will adjust to performance parts much better though, so everything you do afterwords will benefit.
The FRPP kit is and easy install, the injector harness overlays and there is a piggyback connector for this and the MAF meter that simply connects between the computer and main harness. Jeff Healey could install this kit.

I bought mine from summit, but it does not seem to be listed anymore. I guess I bought mine just in time. As for difficulty with the FMS kit, it took me about 8 hours with brakes and I did not remove the plenum.
If you were to do it the boneyard way (did the moderator ever do that write up??) my guess is that it would be much more work because you would be replacing the whole harness as opposed to adding in an overlap style harness that gets hooked up in series with the computor and the existing harness.
I think the ford racing kit hasnt been made since 2003, everyone was running on limited supplies after that. The mass air system can increase fuel milage a little. And decrease emissions. It helps make the engine more efficient.(converts batch fire to sequential)
PMAS non-E4OD harness if you're looking for a plug-n-play conversion. It does utilize a Mustang ECU from the A9 family, but you just have to supply it yourself. That and an air meter and possibly the O2 sensors as well. I think the kit runs around $400.
eco, In 03/04 even ford was only running on limited supply, as in selling remaining stock and not making them anymore. I'm sure many suppliers had them available after that on shelf, or purchased the remaining ford stock. But from now on finding an actual ford kit is usually limited to Ebay and the likes.

Do you have a link to this by any chance? It would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
