5.8 stumbling
i have a 96 ford van with a 5.8 in it and when i am driving 50 km/h or 80 it stumbles and runs rough it runs fine otherwise. when i put a code reader on it i get a po401 which is insufficient egr flow so i removed the egr valve and its clean the air tube is clean with lots of air coming through it what else may be causing my problem?

it has 160 000km on it last tune up was about 20 000km ago i changed the o2 sensors about 5000 ago fuel filter i cannot remember its my dads van so i have a hard time remembering what i do to it
