Total timing a 302?

Total timing a 302?
Hi, i have a 1973 302 fitted with Holley, Rpm Performer heads, mallory duel points, comp cam, is the total timing 36deg, if so do i adjust with vac adv plugged? regards Alan.

My timing light should be here in a few days, when you say twist it up, do you mean on the carb, i have never used a light that you can advance, all help appreciated, regards Alan.
