How many have problems with Climate Controls?

I don't know the answer to that. My service manager came out with a stack of paper that included the TSBs and something called (I believe) SSMs. I have never seen the SSMs except referenced on warrantee repairs. I think they are Suplimental Service Methods or something like that. Basically they are a set of diagnostic and repair instructions for the dealership. I can't tell you where to find it, but I am 100% sure it exists.

HVAC Head control issues
My 07 Expy is giving me fits. (see my trans posts and ac post) I had the HVAC panel go dead while in the ac mode. The heater still seemed to work but no a/c. I took it in to the dealership and I was told that I can't plug my cell phone charger into the lower outlet next to the HVAC control panel. Problem hasnt been back since.

Most of us that have had problems with the a/c stopping did not have the cell phone plugged in. Hopefully that's what caused yours to glitch.
