My in-laws 2012 is having blower/fan issues. Yesterday we made it 60 miles with nice cold a/c and then the blower quit. Apparently this has happened before, but on the way to the dealer it started working, so father- in law didn't take it in. Fuses look good, I fiddled around with all climate control settings and fan did not come on. I am looking for suggestions. Thanks

 

I am posting what the problem was for future reference.
The #1 relay (under the hood) controls blower/fan. I swapped the relay with the #3 relay (heater for dpf fluid) fan works. It set a CEL but no other issues. We found a Ford dealer, bought another relay, installed and cleared codes. Everything appears to be fixed.
As a side note, relay from Napa was square instead of rectangular. Take old relay with you to auto parts store to make sure you get the right relay.
