The real answer is I do trouble shooting on large scale computer systems mostly SANs. My title is one that I don't use as it shortens to a dirty word, you'd think a fortune 500 company would know better.

Thumbs up Workin for a livin so I'm takin what they're givin

I is a Marine Cargo Surveyor in the Texas City, Galveston area. We represent the owners of bulk cargoes (BP, Chevron, etc.) moving thru this large port. I was nearly thrown off a Crude ship yesterday for protesting 20 Bbls (out of 400,000) left on board after discharge. I explained to the Captain that this represents $1500 of our clients property. I am owned and operated by a wife a teenage daughter and a little fouryearold clone in the Clear Lake (not clear) area

Heavy Equipment Operator for a site development/excavating company for just over a year full-time since graduating college. I worked for the same company for 2 summers while home from school and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse upon graduation. Too easy and I am not really into job hunting. By the way, my job is not even remotely close to what I have a degree in, but I love playing with big toys and getting paid for it.

I am getting married to the girl of my dreams next friday, and we will have been together for 9 years on the wedding day. 1 boxer puppy as well.

Then my good man, you are someone here...Looks like you are going about it in the right way. Get your info. gather your thoughts, then get your truck. Keep you eyes open. The right truck at the right price will come your way.
Good Luck!

Retired in July after 21 years in the Navy riding submarines, ships, aircraft carriers...just about everything. Worked in the Nuclear field for 10 years and later moved on to Gas Turbines and other neat toys Loved it, but I couldn't keep leaving the kids (3: girl 6, girl 4, boy 2). The wife and I really want to have at least 1 more, Lord willing.

Now I'm out living in Tuscaloosa working for a major tire manufacturer in production & engineering. (Yes, I am biased towards those tires--I guess I should add a disclaimer when I'm offering advice about tires). Pretty good job and I get to come home every night...what a blessing that is!

Working hard in my spare time to convince my better half how "essential" a 4" exhaust, DP tuner, and other assorted mods are....

What Combat Comm unit? We may have chewed the same orderwire a time or two...

I was in the 114th CBCS out of Patrick, attached to the 1 CBCS out of Ramstein while in Bosnia, and I'm now in the 221st CBCS down here in Texas.

Besides Italy & Germany, I've also been to White Sands, Saudi, New Orleans for Katrina Recovery, Tyndall AFB (part of NORAD), a few places I can't mention, and about to do Bright Star in Egypt coming up in Nov...

I assume your talking about the BFG plant thats on the old Eutaw hwy. If so just south of it (1 mile) is where I spent many summers helping my grandad plow the feilds and such. On the left side of the hwy heading south all of those subdivisions used to be our farm. Grandad was getting too old to care for it, and didnt have any boys to take over the farm so he sold it off parcel by parcel my mom finally sold the house and last 5 acres in 90 after they passed. That was the first and for the longest time the only factory I had ever seen.

I'm VP of Search Technology and ironically enough working on building a search engine which crawls and indexes vBulletin forums.

Anyone think that a more powerful search engine would help this site?
