fender exit header problems

fender exit header problems
1978 ford f-150 fender well headers hit the cab mount on passenger side and bothers me I just bought them and don't want to buy something different, any one have this problem?? Should I cut the bolt shorter at the mount? any ideas or is this something I gotta live with if I want these headers
