Well after installing my rear disc brakes My cousins from IL were here and wanted to go up on the dunes. So we went. Here are some pics form the fun. I might have gotten a little stuck for the first time up there. Luckily a newer F-150 came along. Just a little tug and she popped right out.
hmmm, me thinks he could have made it if he hit that hill a bit faster and jumped the top!
yeah thats part of the reason I was stuck. I hesitated just a split second at the very top cause I couldn't see anything but sky cresting. I like to keep all 4 on the sand. I have climbed that hill many times but it changes every time the wind blows.
No thanks! I have fixed up my fair share of guys who think the dukes way is the only way on the dunes! It usually very bad for radiators, a/c condensors and front axles!
i haven't jumped this truck, but the old one flew many, many times and i had hellacious flight time over a nasty bridge that got hit every nite on the way home from work
I have launched mine several times all 4 off the ground but don't try to do it often. It lands smoother than you would think. Always front comes down first, Can't figure that one out. LOL
