yeah well i was thinking the same thing jeremy im checking ebay out to see if i cant find a used turbo ... because like i had stated when i took the turbo off orginally u told me to check to make sure there was no oil in the up pips and there wasnt any ... just the exhaust side back ...? so im still thinking that might be it....

i know its a far shot but do any of u guys see Rons turbo or any other seller selling just the center section of the turbo again i know its a far shot just wondering if the that part is available by itself...

Hey guys just coming back in to see if anyone knows a good place to get an early 1999 turbo ... ima check ebay again and see how that goes...if anyone knows -maybe someone on here that has that turbo please let me know...thanxs in advance ppls

I have one, but its fried also. Needs a rebuild, lost the thrust bearing, and the intake wheel. The center section looked fine to me along with the entire exhaust side. *I THINK* all it needs is a rebuild and the intake wheel, and it will be fine. I tore it down, and found no other damage.
