hey guys i think some of will have had this problem before. i have a 96 x-cab with 40-20-40 buckets. my driver seat is W-O-R-E O-U-T! it is all power and i would like to find a replacement that is the same and also color matches. any ideas?? or is it possible to restuff the A$$ pad?
I used to work for a Frieghtliner dealership, and they carry replacement seat cushion pads, and I just took out the old foam, and put a new pad in there, worked great, all I did was some trim work to remove excess foam, but fit great and feels a lot better. The brand I replaced it with was off a Bostrom seat

Ford has the replacement pad. Idid mine last winter and it feels great again. I guess 10 years with my 300# butt on wore out the old one. One mod guys do with the old foam is to place a plastic sign, cut to fit, between the foam and spring wire.
The plastic sign is one of thoses that is made of plastic, but it looks like a cardboard box material. I got mine at Home Depot, "For Sale" sign about 24"x20".
I went to replace mine with a junk yard pad but found the springs were broken under there. so with parts from the donor truck I pieced it all back together and was glad I didn't use the less worn pad otherwise I would have been staring at the headliner. I have also heard the plastic sign works well too if you don't have any broken springs.
