Exclamation 302vs351 innerchange

hi, looking to find out if a 302 intake and headders will bolt to a 351W?

The headers will, but the intake wont.

the headers will bolt up but they are going to be shorter if they are full length ...shortys are the same....

Intake no. The 351 deck (where the heads sit on the block) is taller than the 302, thus farther apart. Headers yes, to an extent. The bolt pattern and the port spacing are the same, but since the 351 is a little taller, the headers won't exactly match an existing 351 exhaust system. Very close, but not exact.
