BTS Valve Body
And sorry to you Mustang_gt_350. I was done, but MB came on here and continued to personally attack. I find it hard to let him continue to spread his words. People on this site do look to him for advice because he is a moderator, just like people on my club site look to me and my admins for advice because we are admins and moderators. So, it bothers me that he is leading people astray.
A couple of questions for MB, are you a Ford tech in Iowa and what have you personally purchased from BTS?
You brag you are ABS, ASE, AME, ATS and and best of all BS certified but yet you bought a VB from a well-known tranny shop? You make it sound you like could do a perfect pro-4R100 build but didn't even mod your own simple Valve Body, how come?
Yes, Brian uses a Transgo kit but he doesn't use all the parts or changes them to his liking. I bought a kit from him a couple years ago when he didn't offer the VB for my 95. He swapped the springs from what the chart said and you drill holes according to your mod's/HP level. Brian keeps a page for every tranny/shift kit built to reference for what HP, weight, tire, gear ratio combo for reference. Worn VB's stick so if it's tough to take apart for the average person and they don't know the tricks to do it.
You ever think of R&D that goes into tuning or designing something? Who or where do you think that is done? Whether it is Transgo or BTS.
You ever Price Hypermax stuff? You call them con-artists too? What about Banks?
Ben
No, BTS is not a sponsor over there that I know of. Not sure if they will be, maybe so, maybe not. I'm not attached to BTS at all times, remember? LOL
But, I can tell you that the moderators don't play hate games. Everyone ribs each other in different ways, then meet up for events and have a great time. Everyone has a lot of respect for each other and the businesses out there that keep our trucks running.
It's free to sign up and doesn't have near the drama that many other sites do.
Also Brian Thompson is not a braggart, he will never be, he is much to nice and humble a person to be so.
monsterbaby, I can't tell you how much your name fits you.
Ford Trucks for Ford Truck Enthusiasts
Well after many attempts to get the tranny to work right, this fella got tired of jackin with the local guy and went down to a little town in Arkansas, and had this ole fella named Brian put a tranny in his truck. Brian calmly informed ole boy that he didn't have a high performance tranny, but pretty much a stock one.
When Brian was through building the tranny and makin the fella real happy, the old boy goes back home (up north) and proceeds to tell the local fella that he couldn't find his butt with both hands and that this is the way a tranny should shift.
Turns out the local tranny dude (who worked at a ford dealership btw) got a bit torqued that he had been found out and.............
From what I see, you say you are ASE certified, which I am assuming you work in the industry. Jealous of his skills? Jealous because he has made a wonderful life for himself and his family on a beautiful lake in Arkansas? Jealous because he has done all this without treating people like crap? Jealous because he does all this without expensive advertising? Sounds like it to me.

The rest of what I read fell in line with that for the most part. I also found Monsterbaby's photo gallery to be informative.
I will only say this I have no doubt in my mind that I trust Brian 100% and he would be welcome in my home anytime. The quoting that Monsterbaby wanted to attribute to Brian were not his words at all but rather a compilation of words from others. You don't see Brian posting on any forums anywhere.

It is common knowledge that Brian has a family, lives on a lake in Arkansas, pretty much does no advertising and treats people really well. Not to mention that he builds great transmissions. Yes, I think these are all things that MB could be jealous of. Especially if he is who I think he is. I don't have proof, so I won't elaborate, don't ask.
Heck, I'm jealous of where Brian lives. Lead Hill, Arkansas is a beautiful place. And I only wish I could build parts and work on trucks as well as some of these guys do, Brian, Lott, Rocky and others.
But, I just do the best with what God has given me. I don't go around personally bashing others that make it work, just because I haven't had exactly the same level of success that they have.
So, no I don't see that as contradictory at all.
I did ask MonsterBaby a couple of questions, but have not received an answer:
Are you a Ford tech in Iowa?
Have you ever personally purchased anything from BTS?
Sorry guys for posting again. Shoot.

LET'S END THIS!!!!!!! rayneverk2 shut this down, please.
