We did one like this- chevy 350 pistons, milled 020 off the top, chrysler 360 rods narrowed to ford width and rebushed for the chevy pins, and offset grind the crank to 020 under dodge size at 3.7 inch stroke, gives 378 inches from cheap and easily available parts. Add a bigger cam and the early 351W heads with the bigger valves (1.96 and 1.54?) and you will show the stock 351 your taillights. DF
I never would have thought I'd hear that coming from you!

A man ought to be SHOT for putting Chevy & Dodge parts in a Ford motor, it just ain't right!! Same for putting a Chevy motor in a Classic Ford. I recently built a 351w for my '69 F-100. Here's what all I did to the motor. Stock crank and rods, 10.5 to 1 JE forged pistons, rotating assembly was balanced, summit damper, March underdrive pulleys,Comp Cams 292 magnum cam,Comp roller rockers, SS valves,Iron heads were ported, torker II intake, 750 DP Holley, Sanderson headers, MSD dist, coil and 6AL ignition box. The motor is estimated at 375-400 HP
