low rpm engine shake
my 90 2.9 shakes on low rpms sitting or moving. it all started after hitting a large hole in the road at about 50 mph. Since i have changed all the sensors over from my other motor, changed mounts, plugs ,wires,cap,rotor,set the timing, swapped ecu,ran new ground wires,checked all vaccuum, ran a compression checked which showed all cylinders holding between 95 to 110. My question is, what could cause this shaking? If you give it more gas, it smoothes out. But i noticed on the tps that there is the 5v reference, and i set the other to .95, but the ground has .04v and .05 with higher rpms, what should i do here?

Check the tranny mount, and the geometry of the entire drivetrain. Was the rear axle knocked off of alignment slightly? All kinds of problems can creep up with mounting angles, bearings, and mounts when large holes are hit.
