As far as I know the '51-52 trucks used the same radio as the cars. The '48-50 trucks had their own radio and didn't share with the car of the same years.
I've seen all size '51-52s with the stainless windshield trim but I would assume as the trucks got larger and used mainly for work it would be rarer that some one would order them with the 5 Star option.

I am fairly certain my F3 was a 5 star cab, it has headliner remnants (going all the way down to the back of the cab), cigar lighter, whats left of a cab light and some other stuff I thought was part of that option that I can't think of now.
