Oil Leak?

Oil Leak?
I got an oil leak that seems to be coming down off the passanger side of the oil pan. Looks like the seal to where the lines come out of the oil pan on the passanger side. Does anyone know what this is called, where to get it, how much does it cost, or is it difficult to replace. Thanks for any help, its greatly appreciated.

Also, make sure where the leak is coming from before fixing it. Sounds obvious but then again, better safe than sorry.
