Please Help!! 2008 f150 5.4 ticking Problem.

Hey everybody first off i would like to say hello to everyone on this site, im new and will appreciate all the feedback i get so here we go. Just bought a 2008 f150 5.4 flex fuel with 175,000km at fist when i start it up, its cold hear -25, you cant hear the tick, or mabye you can but its very faint to the point were i think i cant hear it, rev it up truck sounds good untill it warms up, then it acquires a tick after warming up for give or take 5 min, the ticking goes with the rpm's just gets quicker the ticking never stops, untill i shut the engine off, upon start up, does the exact same thing, ticks. seems the ticking is coming from the passanger side, its a really loud tick, i can hear it in the truck with windows rolled up driving down the road, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks, things iv tried: unpluging coil packs on passanger side, nothing. il change to heavier oil with a motocraft filter, nothing. unpluging passanger side vct solinoid, nothing. used a stethascope and sound is coming from the passanger side, i can hear it on top of valve cover all the way to exhaust manifold, it goes with the injector tick. tick is really loud, both injectors seem to be equally as loud but ticking is really loud on passanger side....

Its prob a loose spark plug or leaking exhaust manifold gasket. Pull the coils and if any of the boots have brown carbon on them then that plug is loose.

hey bud the guy i got it from said the spark plugs were done around 174,000 and i see some paperwork that sound the noise started at 160,000 so i dont think it is spark plugs but i will check for sure, and for the cam phazor sensor???? not sure what or were that is, do you mean the vct solinoid? i tried unplugging that and nothing but i am goin to try and pull the cop's and see what happens, i dont thing it is a exhaust manifold leak becuase when i first start it i can hardly hear it the wen she gets operating temp it starts to tick, and to buddy who said it will cost 1000 to fix, what do you think the problem is? 1000 bucks aint to bad to have confidence in my motor again, and not think that shes about to blow up, i have a trip coming up and i dont even wanna take my truck for the fact that it sounds like that, dont wanna damage the engine or worse blow it,
