I read about a kit or somthing to use to fill and pressurize the intercooler tubes with air to check for leaks, but can't find it know. Can someone help me?
I have seen it done at a truck shop. The plug both the intake and exit up with rubber bungs. One bung has a schraeder valve and the other has a pressure gauge. They pump it with a hose thru the valve and watch the gauge. You might be able to rig up something like that.
