Pressure Test Intercooler
I have a leak in my inter-cooler system. I have replaced all the hoses. Is there a reason I should not pressure test the system with 20psi?

Like suggested, remove the air intake so you don't send pressure down the Crank Case Vent tube - or remove the CCV hose (connected to the drivers side valve cover dog house) from the bottom of the air intake and plug it up.
What makes you think you have a leak in the intercooler?
It's pretty simple to remove and doesn't take much time if you want to remove it to pressure test it alone.
